Convert PowerPoint and presentation files online

Turn PPTX, PPT, and ODP decks into PDF for sharing, or move between office presentation formats when collaborators use different suites.

Animations and speaker notes may not survive every path — preview the result before client meetings or printouts.

Embed the linked content in the original application and upload a self-contained copy, or export a complete PDF there. How to use: add a PPT, PPTX, ODP, PPS, PPTM, PPSX, POTX, PDF, Apple Keynote file, then choose PDF, PPTX, ODP, JPG, PNG, Markdown as the output format and start the conversion. Before converting a PDF, check that it opens in a standard PDF reader. If it does not, download it again or export a new PDF from the original application. If only company software opens it, export an ordinary PDF in an authorized environment before uploading. Changing the extension does not convert the format. If the filename has the wrong extension, we try to recognize the actual format and use a suitable conversion method. Upload the original file without renaming it. If it cannot be read, export a new copy from its original app. Images sent for text or Word output use text recognition; check the recognized content. Check that the file opens in its original application. Download it again if incomplete, or export a new copy. Changing the extension does not convert the file format. Choose JPG or PNG to export every PPT, PPTX, ODP, or PPS slide as a separate image. The slide images are downloaded together in a ZIP. Image export is limited to 100 slides; split larger presentations and export them in batches. After downloading, choose another file to continue without refreshing the page. If a download stops, use the download link to try again. Macro-enabled Office files are opened without running macros. Converted files do not preserve VBA macros.

How it works

Can I convert PPTX to PDF?

Yes. PDF is ideal when recipients should view slides without PowerPoint or when you need a print-ready handout.

Will animations transfer?

Usually not into PDF. Keep the original PPTX when motion or transitions matter.

Do you keep my decks?

Server-side jobs are deleted after processing. Download your file when conversion finishes.
