Convert TSV to CSV for spreadsheet and import tools

Exports from databases, logs, and analytics often arrive as TSV with tabs between columns. Many import tools still expect CSV with commas.

When TSV to CSV is the right call

Use TSV→CSV when an upload form, ETL script, or CRM import rejects tabs. Keep TSV when the upstream pipeline already standardizes on tab separation.
